Paula was friendly and helpful. Location excellent, near to town centre, quiet and safe area. Room was comfortable, though toilet had musty smell sometimes. Garden terrace great for relaxation.

Nice but rooms could be improved

Very nice hotel and in an excellent location
Fragrant and excellent cleaning service and reception
The room with a terrace definitely needs to be reviewed
Bathroom in the room but not in another room and with glass where you can see everything, not up to code and definitely not the best
For the rest, it's okay

Small corner of paradise near the center

Very nice little hotel near the center of Ciutadella , you can do everything on foot. The place is charming, we had breakfast in a nice garden very nice. Cakes and coffee are available, the person who takes care of it is very nice and very pleasant. Moreover the hotel is very quiet day and night. A hotel to recommend....

The most fantastic stay under the worst of circumstances. The hotel is in a brilliant location, the rooms are comfortable and clean, the garden is beautiful and the whole thing just works.
I have to pay a special compliment to the manager of the hotel, please forgive me as I do not recall your name. The manager went above and beyond given my circumstance, supplying me with much needed food, countless coffees and a shoulder to cry on. I will be returning in better times, but for now - Thank You!
