UNHEALTHY AND CYNICAL RESPONSE - Feces and insect remains
My experience with Be Free Apartments was dire because of the lack of hygiene and its subsequent response. Upon arrival we find: faeces remains in the bathroom, insects, dirty microwaves and urine stains on the couch.
The company's response is unacceptable:
On hygiene: They admit the facts but justify themselves by saying there was 'another bathroom' to use. It is amazing that they want a client to pay for accommodation with other people’s feces and nothing happens.
About the cleanliness: They claimed that they could not clean if I was not present, when I gave them express written authorization. It's an excuse not to serve on Friday and leave me two nights in that situation.
About the change of apartment: They offered the change on Friday afternoon (after almost 24 hours of waiting), forcing me to move all the diving equipment and food, to an apartment that no one had verified if it was clean.
About the pool: They offer it as a service included in October without warning in the booking process that it would be closed.
They have rejected consumer arbitration to avoid paying back money for a stay that was a health nightmare. If you value hygiene and customer respect, look elsewhere.

Night of horror in a hovel at 230€
Extremely dirty apartment
Trace of blood kitchen greasy traces on the sheets. TV the size of an a4 sheet. Air conditioning only in the living room be careful this is not specified!
It is a slum rented for our part at 230€.
The owners are even more thieves. We took 2 nights. Faced with the horror we experienced we wished to leave when we first woke up. They told us if we dropped off the keys they'd pay us back the second night. We're still waiting. They don't answer to anything!

Book Never this place.
After booking, I would like information about check-in as we would arrive late. That would Befree only give when I had paid, which I had guaranteed via booking. com. so I tried more than five times to pay directly to Befree on the link they sent me. It didn't work. So I sent them mini information on the mastercard. On the day of arrival I had to go to the hotel because I had still not received information about check-in and possible key pickup, and we could not stand at 22-23 on the street and not know anything. Never book this place. And I tried to get help at Booking.com, but here there is no call for customer service and no answers in the questions you can find answers to on the Website. So I will never book on booking.com again, even though I am a Genisus 2 member.

Not recommended, in bl. 2 , lack of Attention by what they call reception, total lack of maintenance, lack of cleaning . Super scarce kitchenware, and others.
And with the return of what you leave on deposit, after several claims they returned it almost 30 d/.

Stay of 7 al.06.2025 Nefarious apartment, never kill so many chandeliers, the appearance when entering the reception, already, totally lacking maintenance.
I was awarded the apartment bl.2 apart. E-1, terraces when entering cleaning faults totally. The apartment at a glance was not bad, but not for 4/5 people, kitchen utensils totally deficient, I had to claim various elements as the glasses, there were three to compensate brought me a cup. Is that normal? I don't want to extend anymore.
The deposit of 150 euros, if they charge it on entry, but the return after the claims to Avoris were made on 23/7 and with an apology that is not credible, they had a credit card where the payment was made and was simply to pay-
