Arc House Granada

The location is not so good but easy access to the center walking. Ease of parking within 100 meters of the accommodation. Good cleanliness and clean room heated with air conditioning. Simple room but worth what you pay for.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND RENTING HERE AT ALL, THEY ARE PIRATES TO BE VERY CAREFUL OF

Do not even think about booking at this place, they are pirates. I was left stranded on the street at 4:00 PM in the middle of the Granada summer at almost 50 degrees, it said that check-in was from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM, I called the phone numbers on the door about 30 times and I rang the doorbell many more times and no one answered me and I had to rush to find another room, I was coming from a trip, I had to work and I needed to rest urgently. To this day I have no response from anyone, neither from Booking nor from them, I still do not know if I am going to get my money back, I have my doubts.

Dire

The room he gave us was depressing. We rented it through Booking.com for one night but left at 12pm without getting to sleep there. Our reservation had shower/bathtub included, but what was our surprise that when entering the room there was no bathroom. There were two showers and two toilets in the hallway shared with an entire floor.
We submitted a claim to Booking and asked the reception girl for explanations, to which she replied that the accommodation was not responsible for it,
However, with or without bathroom, it is a “cutre” place, with lack of hygiene, poor and deteriorated furniture, and feeling of abandonment.
Although it cost us cheap (49 €), it was finally expensive, as we did not stay to sleep.
We took our car and back home.

It's the 1st time I'm unhappy of a hotel: Not clean, terrible bathroom, a lot of noise every night, unstable Wi-Fi, not a real kitchen like they said. Overall very bad experience.
