Great front of house team arrival and departure. Couldn’t have been more helpful
We used the car park a 3 minute walk away which was fine
Hotel is in a great location
Bedroom was perfectly fine for an overnight stay
Breakfast was very average
Brilliant value though breakfast isn’t worth paying for

A beautiful hotel in an amazing area of Granada. The staff were really nice and helpful, the help us book a flamenco show, gave us tips of the city and help us get in time for our tour in The Alhambra. I recommend this hotel. Clean room, bathroom, really comfortable.

Negative experience

The walls of the rooms are thin to the point where you hear the person two stories down coughing. We were woken by people coming/going at 6, 7, 8 and 9 in the morning.
Apart from that, the beds (separated when we apply for marriage) are tremendously uncomfortable and on top of that they put 1 pillow that is thinner even than the walls. Sleep has been mission impossible.
Although the location was good and the hotel people were friendly, I would not go again so I would not recommend this place

BED BUGS and sewage smells.

Friendly front of house staff, side street location. Relatively pleasant room booked. Inexpensive. Day 2 things started going badly when a bed bug crawled from beneath fresh bedding. Being from a part of the world where this is unheard of it was quite a shock and distressed family member who became anxious and suffered poor sleep. Reception staff relocated us, however it was in a box room with a tiny window into a shaft courtyard. The bathroom had a pervasive smell of sewage. We had to destroy items that might have eggs on to avoid bringing them back home and had a terrible nights sleep in the new room. While the reception staff were accommodating, we received a curt response from management absolving them of any responsibility. You decide if this is a place you want to stay. You may have better luck.
