Worthy of a Michelin Star or Soles

A wonderful surprise. It had been a long time since I ate this well away from home. It is a restaurant worthy of a Michelin Star or Soles. I think that in time it will have them. The food is exquisite. Each of the 6 diners left delighted. When you eat like this, the money paid does not weigh on you. Despite its exterior appearance of a village bar, of the ground floor of a village bar, going up to the first floor you enter another dimension. It transports you to a luxury restaurant. Just one recommendation if you want to win an award: the wine list should be much more extensive. Otherwise everything was perfect, including the service.

Good.

Hostel where we stayed for two nights, as we visited the puydufou park of Toledo.
It is located in the middle of the village and close to the church, bars and some other shops.
Spacious and clean room, with a small balcony overlooking the countryside, what it does lack is some more acoustic protection, as the partitions are thin and you hear the neighbors.
In the same hostel they have a bar, in which they eat well at normal prices.

All excellent. Attention and dishes.

I have to say that you leave with the feeling of having enjoyed and well besides, the dish of Teriyaki deer, Ouuuuuu Yeaaaaa that marvels, the texture of the meat in the mouth with the sauce, ufffffff is one of the richest dishes that I have had the opportunity to try.

Excellent food and treatment highly recommended

The recommended meal has been a success and was all exquisite
Very rich partridge salad and very successful castellanized calcots
Excellent cod and very good deer tataki. Very good desserts both torrija and brioch

Close deal with very good products

Great place to share a delicious meal, taking great care of detail and plating, without leaving aside the traditional flavor with innovative trends. Good wine list, expanded with the range of spirits and spirits. Safe bet.
