Super well located, very clean and welcoming. Everything went super well. I went with my mother in June 2025 and everything great. Next door you have many comfortable places for breakfast. The historic center will be a 5-minute walk away.

Acceptable

We stayed one night in one of the double rooms with bathroom number 7. The room is spacious and everything clean. The window faced the back, it did not face Espolón promenade. They are not soundproof. But we were lucky because there were only two occupied, if they are all there it is sure to be quite noisy. It is a flat and there was no one to receive tea. They sent a link to the phone with which to open the doors. We called because the room was not clean but they allowed us to leave our suitcase inside until we could use it at two in the afternoon. It is very central and you can walk to places of interest. To spend one night it is fine but the price is like that of a three-star hotel that I have paid for before

Nice surprise

I was initially supposed to stay at Pension Sotelo, which is located nearby, but a bathroom problem forced the manager to relocate me at her other establishment, Pension Espolon.
I'll never know how it would have been at the other place, but my stay at Pension Espolon was perfect. I spent two nights in Room 6 and I'd go back in a heartbeat. The room is nicely decorated and boasts plenty of space to put away your things. The bed was comfy, which is very important when you're walking the Camino de Santiago.
The shared bathroom is quite spacious and kept clean. There is a mini-fridge that guests can use, as well as free water, tea, and coffee.
Moreover, the pension is ideally situated near the bars, restaurants, shops, parks, etc. Everything is within walking distance.
Highly recommended!

Clean and neat shared room within an appartment

Perfect for our one night stay as a family of 4. Clean and comfortable. Overlooking a walking street. We had a room with 4 beds. There are 2 bathroom shared for the 4 or 5 bedrooms they rent. Service was good and discrete

Placé au top

Quel accueil....vraiment sympa.
La pension est propre, près du quartier pour bouger ( calle Aurel LA rue des tapas ).
Nous avons utilisé le parking payant au bout de la rue pour garer les motos ( 15€ maxi/ par 24h00 ).
En revanche un peu compliqué de trouver la pension dans la rue piétonne sauf si vous savez que P sur fond bleu sur un mur, ne veut pas dire parking mais pension !
C’est pratique, pas cher , propre et placé : les 4 P quoi
