In you are well aware this is a hostel and not a hotel that’s great because it is not a hotel category establishment but it is a great place to stay if you are looking for a place just to sleep in the heart of the city.

Wonderful stay at Hostal Madrid

Voor de tweede keer bezocht, beste ligging in het centrum van Madrid.
Personeel zeer gedreven en behulpzaam, communicatie per mail super en alles goed geregeld.
We hadden de zelfde kamer geboekt en was bij aankomst lekker verwarmd.
Ze hadden voor ons een taxi besproken voor de vroege ochtend van vertrek en stond klaar toen we beneden kwamen.
Al om al een prima verblijf!
Visited for the second time, best location in the center of Madrid.
The staff was very enthusiastic and helpful, communication by email was excellent, and everything was well organized.
We had booked the same room, and it was nice and warm upon arrival.
They arranged a taxi for us for our early morning departure, and it was ready when we arrived downstairs.
All in all, a great stay!

Wonderful location
Perfect treatment and care.

Value for money.
Very improved cleaning, the sofa had a cover with quite a lot of grime, and to the bathroom a polish would be perfect, this I put as constructive criticism.

Great accommodation

The apartment is located between Sol and Plaza Mayor and offers a great room with all comforts. The town was also very nice and asked us every day if we were having a good time. Super nice and attend. Apartementos Mayor Centro is highly recommended and we will definitely be back.
