Axor Hotel by airport in Madrid

This hotel was wonderful! Beautiful room, lovely, helpful staff and free shuttle to/from the airport. I will definitely stay there again when in Madrid.

We choose it for the shuttle and did not work from 0 am to 5 am and couldn’t take it, had to take q taxi and pay 28E

The air conditioner on the bedroom was a little poor. The temperature could be improved specially since Spain is terrible hot on this season

Terminal Tour

The agency booked the parking for us, they came to pick us up after a 10h flight at T4, another couple got in with us, there were two seats left, the driver told us we would leave in 10m, to fill those seats we went through all the terminals 2-1 and in the end, he didn't pick anyone up.

This hotel impressed us exponentially! Beds were super comfortable, room was impeccably clean. The property was immaculate as well. The pool is a agood size and has a lifeguard. Walking distance to 3 supermarkets and a mall. My favorite part was getting a ride to the airport on the hotel shuttle. The driver a Gallega woman spoke the most beautifully toned Spanish and kept the ride smooth and informative. I would avatar at here again.
