Worst hostel in Madrid

The worst hostel I have ever been in my life. The room looked like something out of a prison, with no window, there were only about 4 small squares at the top of one of the walls that faced the street. The facilities are a shame, a mess. Forget about resting, uncomfortable beds, disgusting pillows and poor cleaning. I'd rather not even talk about the bathroom, which was terrible... I don't recommend it at all!

Lack of honesty drives away customers.

If you make the wrong reservation, on the wrong day, even if the problem is not your fault. They are not flexible and they keep the money. Great care. There was no honesty despite explaining what happened.
It was going to be my second experience with that company and I even wanted to book other days but it was horrible, be careful.

If you want to rest, it's not your place

Lousy mattresses, no gel or shampoo in the showers, no towels or sheets... it was obvious that they didn't wash anything at all. To make matters worse, if you end up in the room with someone who snores, you will never rest. We were with 8 other people and three of them looked like wildebeest.... you can't rest at all.
