We had a good stay here. Good breakfast & clean room. The location was perfect and all key attractions were in walking distance. However, it was quite noisy at night as our room was on the roadside. Soundproof doors for the balcony would have made the stay even more enjoyable.

The front desk staff here is absolutely terrible. In particular, the man who was working the morning of 31/05 and previous evenings was the most unhelpful hotel employee that I have ever encountered. He was rude to us after check-in, when we needed to switch rooms because all three rooms we booked had malfunctioning AC units. He was demanding and degrading us when we were offered new rooms (after 3 hours of waiting). On checkout morning, we asked for assistance in obtaining a taxi and he rudely said, "I don't do that." In what world does a front desk at a hotel not offer at least a phone number for a reputable taxi company, if not call them for their guests?

Very central location

Central location and close to metro stops. Friendly and smiling staff, including the friendly concierge of the building. We stayed for four nights. Great breakfast buffet but shame about the environment too small and uncomfortable if there are several guests. Room and bathroom of acceptable size and very clean (applause to Ms. Zuny for the cleanliness). Absolutely annoying the noises that came from both the neighboring rooms and the water system and the drains of the adjacent rooms: the absolute lack of soundproofing of the rooms was not pleasant. The price is in line with similar facilities in the area.

I stayed at this hostal with a group of friends. Clean and spacious rooms. Good reception. Hostal near the center.

Hostal close to all major attractions, both cultural and nightlife. Quiet hotel.
