Cozy, quiet place

Delightful boutique hotel with a small restaurant. The staff were lovely. Very near train station in a residential district of Madrid.

Terrible.
Rooms with thin plywood walls so much so that it seems to share the intimacy of the guests of the adjacent rooms. Lofts and blind bathroom partition door always made of wood, so no wardrobe, bidet, fridge and hairdryer. Stained floor and Lilliputian sink. Rough ceiling that makes the room look like a construction site under renovation. I paid for 2 people and 2 nights 265€ without breakfast! (Maybe fortunately)i. 7 km from the center and 250 meters from a metro station. It is not clear how it can be considered 3 stars.

Good location

For what it was, a transitional night to wait for a train, it was sufficient. The location is very good, with the Chamartín train station just 15 minutes away.
In my opinion, it falls quite short in terms of finishes and quality. The room was very small, with little space to leave luggage (considering that I stayed alone).
The service from the staff has been good.

Nothing to do with the photographs, at least the room that touched us

Small room, the ceiling of room number 9 which is the one we were given has black spots of moisture. Minuscule bathroom, fair breakfast. I'm not coming back.

Unfortunate service

I arrived on the afternoon of February 17, there was no one in reception, after 5' I called the doorbell and after seeing that there was no one I called the phone and nothing...after 15' the receptionist appears. At 2 o'clock, I called reception to request information and no one answered, go down to reception and again without anyone, regrettable. To top it off, the next morning when I went down to breakfast, I found that there is no option to choose what you want to eat, if not, that you have toast, a coffee, a bun and a mini juice, we go like in a primary school...
