Very disappointing
Very disappointing.
The room is advertised with a “sofa bed”, but in reality it is a hard bench without mattress or comfort. The concept of “self-service” serves as an excuse for not offering any solutions: they simply blamed us instead of helping us.
The photos and descriptions are misleading: the pool is in an unsanitary state, the “terrace” is an area full of garbage bags, and the coffee maker does not work.
The room is bright, but poorly maintained: broken curtain bars, dirty carpet and full of long hairs.
Special mention to the total lack of professionalism and empathy of the person we were in contact with. I don't recommend it at all.
