Bad experience

The location is very good, but the room is terrible.
The floor had a gap, the bathroom was so small that it was hard to get in, the shower was defective, the hairdryer was not working.
The way to enter the room was also difficult because you have to put a password and the numbers are very small.
The entrance hallway is so narrow that you have to line up so you don’t bump into the wall, in addition to the smell of moisture.
Anyway, I don't recommend it at all to anyone.

You end up sleeping on the floor

We ended up sleeping almost on the floor :/
In the attached photos you can see that the bed in the middle was supported by two pieces of wood that ended up bending completely, which caused the entire center of the bed to sink and we are two people who do not weigh more than 60kg. Adding, that the
Mattress is one of the cheapest range that can exist, and I assure you of neck and back pain the next day, perfect if you want to spend the whole day in Madrid, really a very bad combination :(
They didn't have any consideration when thinking about placing those thin boards in the center and knowing that anyone would go through that problem, since when they sat down they would instantly bend and the entire middle would sink. They really didn't think about their guests and I wouldn't believe them if they said it had never happened to them, because it is logical and physical to need thicker boards to support the weight of two people. And if they thought so, they are not made to have a guest house,
It is a shame to sleep like this and the worst thing is that there is no reception, it is all by cell phone so there is no one to complain to and be able to solve the problem now.
If they give you room 1 it is even worse, because you are right at the “reception” entrance where people enter and leave all the time and on the other side you face the street and a lot of noise.
Why say the bathroom, it is almost a handmade bathroom, where you see the toilet pipes and every time you flush the toilet a rotten smell comes out. The sink, what to say, if you wash your face you end up getting all wet because it is too small, the bathroom in general is disgusting.
The room in the photo is not ugly, but in person it is different and does not at all meet the necessary functionality for sleeping and resting. I advise you to pay about 20 euros more per night and choose something better in the area, as there is a lot.
It's a good area, but there is too much competition to choose something better.
The truth was disappointing :/

Well located but low quality

Good location, but maintenance and comfort is very low. The rooms have damp stains, and the bathroom is not small, it is impractical. Sitting on the toilet is a work of contortionism. It was better to change the shower column with a normal faucet, because it does not regulate well, and loses water. It doesn't have much power. Good detail of the water and the water heater. Mobile access is fine too.

Very poor

It doesn't deserve three stars. It is the usual apartment symbol of tourist gentrification: where a family of four could live, now a dozen anonymous rooms coexist, with plasterboard walls that let through every noise coming from the corridor, from the rooms... privacy and quality of sleep very poor. The room (n.2) doesn't even have space for a chair (six square meters bathroom included). Comfortable mattress and pillows, but broken sheets, hair on the pillow, stained bedspread). It doesn't even deserve two stars.
