Well located

This hostel is one of those installed in an apartment. I was not surprised, I have been in others like that, including in Spain. It is spacious in its common area and has a large bathroom. Good for those who want to save in the old center, there is a supermarket a square away.

Terrible customer service

Very disappointing experience. I contacted the hostel to ask a simple question before booking and was surprised by the treatment I received. The staff member I spoke with was very rude, even using profanity during the conversation and hung up on me before I could finish speaking.
This is not how customers should be treated. Their behavior was unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable.
After this experience, I would not feel comfortable staying here and would not recommend this hostel to others.
