Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 350 is required on arrival. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Please note that an additional charge will apply for check-in outside of scheduled hours: - From 22:00 to 24:00, a EUR 20 fee will apply. - From 24:00 onwards, a EUR 40 fee will apply. Important: The reception desk is only open until 22:00. Pre-check-in is mandatory if you wish to enter after 22:00. After completing the pre-check-in, an entry code will be sent to avoid late arrival fees. If you wish to be attended to in person after 22:00, you will be required to pay the supplement. Hairdryer, pool towels, electric kettle, iron are available in guest rooms upon request. A EUR 10 refundable deposit for each item will be requested.
