Ugliness and shame
Ugliness, and complete ugliness.
The windows don't close and there is noise. But this is all nonsense, there is no heating! He says it’s a miracle, the air conditioner doesn’t work, here’s a blanket for you. It's plus 6 outside, cold and damp. This is HELL. And when I left, they charged me 5 euros, I wrote a complaint, but I was very upset, so you didn’t return the key, although I returned it. In short, these are scum of the highest order. Shame on Spain
