Fantastic holiday

Stayed here last year and as I enjoyed it so much I returned again. Equally as good again. A lot of work done over the winter closed months, resulting in last 2 floors now very modern, clean and stylish. New sun loungers, outside tables and chairs, sun terrace roof and reception areas all new furniture.
Staff very friendly and helpful. I had stunning sea view room again. Large variety of food at all meal times. Cannot fault this hotel.

The plus points. Hotel is clean, receptionists friendly, drinks relatively cheap. We stayed bed and breakfast only. Breakfast wasnt great, food was only luke warm, bacon bland, no English sausages, eggs not nice. The pool wasnt particularly big especially for the number of guests, they do have a rooftop pool area but you arent allowed any drinks here. Entertainment was not the best. Didnt see any activities during the day. There was no atmosphere by the main pool at all. The room... air con poor, no mirror in the room itself to get ready, ants in the room, no facilities to do any food as we were bed and breakfast only - no kitchenette area, no kettle, no cutlery. Couple of decent restaurants not far away, bars ok, beach ok. Overall a very underwhelming holiday. They just didnt get the basics right.

100% recommendable.

Totally recommendable.
Spacious and clean rooms.
Staff, especially in the dining area, are attentive and friendly.
Frontline to the beach.
The buffet is very good; there is always a grill with meat, fish, vegetables, and vegan food.
Honestly, I would repeat this experience.

Great, 100% recommendable.

We are a couple from Bilbao. The stay at the hotel with half board has been excellent. 100% recommendable. Excellent personal treatment, especially from Lola, the hotel maitre, and all her staff; I extend my sincerest congratulations to them. Marta, the hotel director, is also very approachable and attentive to any needs of her guests, providing many personal touches that made our vacation in Malgrat exceptionally enjoyable. The recommendations for visiting the local coves were very accurate.
A big hug to the entire hotel family. EXCEPTIONAL. We will see each other again.

Good choice

A discounted price during the off-season attracted us to this establishment.
Excellent choice: room, dining, bar, staff, perfect.
The only downside is the included drink package; the wines are not really up to the establishment's standards.
