The room itself was clean, but dated and a bit tired. The shower was useless and A/C was just about enough. There was no shower gel, and a family of ants in the bathroom - but when I told reception, they were extremely prompt in dealing with it.
The pool looked nice enough - although I didn't use it. The breakfast was very good.
The hotel was okay....I wouldn't stay here again, as there's better around. But it was fine, and if you go prepared you wouldn't be disappointed. Staff were generally a bit sombre and unfriendly, and seemed to forget people are on holiday for fun - however, the staff are very efficient.

An Amazing Stay – Special Thanks to the Animation Team ❤️
A special mention has to go to the animation team – Lydia, Andres and Alyssa. They were all amazing and made our days by the pool so much more fun. They were great at getting everyone involved in the different activities and creating a really nice atmosphere between the guests.
We came home with so many good memories from our holiday, and a lot of them were definitely thanks to the time we spent by the pool with these three. ❤️

We had a wonderful time at BlueBay Banus! A huge thank you to the incredible animation team, Andrés, Lidia, and Alyssa, for keeping us entertained and making our stay so much fun. Also, a special shout-out to Rosi at the restaurant for her fantastic service and kindness. You all made our holiday truly special, and we really hope to see you again next year! Warm wishes!

5 stars for the hotel staff
The staff is top-notch - really good service both at reception - especially Bruno and the restaurant especially Juan Carlos
All staff were really ready to help the guests and they were very hospitable and polite and very friendly
And especially
Andrés Minchón, Lidia Valle and Alyssa Chioldin and Amy and Diego
They were the best and they were really sweet and polite and friendly and nice - you simply cannot get a better experience when you have staff like that who were very positive and happy and do many activities with the guests
So the best recommendation from here to the hotel and the staff and especially those I have mentioned
