Absolutely awful

Completely unacceptable and not as advertised
This accommodation was completely unacceptable and fell far below the standard I would expect from a hotel. Most importantly, it was not a boutique hotel as described on Booking.com. The description created an expectation of a well-maintained, clean and comfortable property, but the reality was very different.
The property was dirty, poorly maintained and appeared seriously neglected. Building works were taking place during our stay, which further detracted from the experience. Basic facilities were also missing or unavailable. We were not provided with clean towels, and there was no kettle or even basic cutlery available.
The condition of the communal areas was particularly concerning. Some other guests were spitting in communal areas, behaving in an unruly manner and leaving rubbish around the property. There were broken fridges and shopping trolleys left around the premises, adding to the overall impression of neglect and poor management.
The general environment was extremely unpleasant and uncomfortable. Rather than feeling like a boutique hotel, the property felt much more like a poorly maintained hostel. The cleanliness, maintenance, facilities and overall atmosphere were nowhere near the standard suggested by the property’s description.
I feel that the accommodation was misrepresented on Booking.com, particularly in being described as a boutique hotel. The reality did not match the description or the expectations that would reasonably come with such a listing.
I would strongly recommend that Booking.com review this property and ensure that its description accurately reflects the actual condition and standard of the accommodation. Based on our experience, this property was nowhere near the standard we expected when making the booking.

We were four people, but the accommodation was only prepared for two. There was no toilet paper, the water was completely cut off for an entire day, and on the other days, it was shut off every evening. There were no dishes or kitchen utensils, and the place was infested with ants. The mattresses were extremely uncomfortable, offering zero comfort. The door was constantly stuck and very difficult to open. Everything I’ve described was recorded. I have video evidence of all of it. We even met another guest who didn’t have a code to enter the accommodation. There was no one at the reception to assist with any of these issues.

Health hazard, do not risk it

I had read some conflicting reviews. My advice is: believe all the bad ones are being too kind! The place was run down, the grounds covered in rubbish complete with a mountain of broken electrical appliances in the courtyard. We got our room key out of a safe box with the code we'd been sent via msg. The room was already inhabited by a family of well established spiders. Furnishings consisted of a rickety wardrobe, a shower covered in mold, and a bed with 2 paper thin old pillows, a duvet with no cover on, and the previous guests hairs on the yellow stained sheets... after 15 minutes of horror we decided to leave, only the electric gate had faulty sensors and closed on my vehicle, causing damage to the side of my car. I msgd the contact number to complain and was subjected to 3 hours of msgs ridiculing and insulting me, before they marked me in booking.com as a "no show" (despite confirming via msgs they had seen me on their cctv) so that they could retain payment and I could not leave a review. According to booking.com they do this frequently. Situation now in the hands of the local police and booking.com. Place is clearly a scam taking advantage of weary travellers, goodness knows what else goes on there.
