Disappointed

After paying €2300 for 1 week for 2 people for a standard room, with only accommodation + breakfast, I would have liked to see the gardens in the condition a botanical hotel deserves; however, we found gardens with dry plants and an appearance that denotes a great lack of maintenance. Dirty, full of dry leaves. The room terraces were full of dry leaves and pigeon droppings from the ones fluttering around there. With a bit of luck, when you return from lunch you find the room made up. In our case, on two occasions our room was left unmade without the girl in charge having the slightest intention of fixing it. On the beach, half of the lounge chairs are broken or deteriorated. The breakfast, very scarce. The menu quite short. My wife suffers from a gluten intolerance and out of the six days of our stay, she was only able to have gluten-free bread twice; they told you the bread had been ordered, that it was about to arrive... excuses.
The best thing is the hotel's location; it is certainly ideal for resting and disconnecting. It's a shame, Fernando, that you cannot or will not resolve the deficiencies you have been dragging along for so long. Be careful with the photos you see on the websites. It is not even close to reality. In summary, quite disappointed regarding the product I paid for and what was offered to me.

From best to worst

This is our fourth year staying at this hotel; we have noticed how it has gone from best to worst in terms of cleanliness, maintenance of common areas, and staff.
With the potential this hotel has, it is beautiful, a paradise of vegetation, facing the sea, a haven of peace in which to recharge energy; the owner could make an effort to recover what he had.
Now the common areas are not maintained; before you would see the gardener cutting the grass, watering... now it is the owner who does it in a haphazard way, patching up the lack of staff, voluntary or not, lack of cleanliness in the room; the first two years there were robes and slippers in our room, last year only slippers, this year nothing; the same stains have been on the wall and curtains for years, the beach lounge chairs are ALL broken, the pool is full of sand
(the shower is broken), the breakfast, very good, you can order whatever you want.
Despite the drop in quality and the increase in price, I would recommend it.

Great hotel, beach and wonderful restaurant

Hotel located adjacent to a very beautiful, undiscovered stretch of beach.
Wonderful staff and restaurant offering a very high level of cuisine (classics taken up a level and innovative new dishes) and excellent wine list in a calm sophisticated environment: highly recommend a visit !

Peaceful night away

We had planned a weekend in Mazarron but after the first night decided to move to Mojacer and thank god we did, we called and booked the room, the boutique hotel is set in a very quiet location, right on the beach, beautiful loungers just for hotel guests with sunshades on the beach, we spent some time there then sat round the pool dipping in and out of the beautiful pool and most comfy loungers, it’s a small place I think 14 rooms each little villas, ours had a huge bath and the bed was 10/10 comfortable, the owner was extremly friendly ordering us a taxi to get to the resturant, the lady who obviously works extremely hard there couldn’t do enough to make our stay enjoyable, it was very peaceful and relaxing, breakfast was lovely, choice of anything you want with stunning views again, we will return, I think people’s comments about the garden are u founded unless someone was there 24/7 sweeping you’re going to get leaves dropping it’s really not a big issue!
