The one bedroom apartment had sofa bed in living room. It was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Great location, 5 mins from beach and supermarket and 10 mins walk to Balcon. Nice small pool with some sunbeds. Beach umbrella was very handy. Would definitely go back.

Basic in a good location

Location is fabulous! With Playa Burriana (steep walk downs and back) one side and Playa Carrabeillo to the other we were very happy. So many places to eat and drink and plenty of ships too! The local supermarket didn't feel over priced or aimed at tourists and the cafe's dotted about were great.
The apartment itself is extremely dated. All furniture seems to be cast-offs, bottom draw missing in main room (only one bedside table). No full length mirror. Word of warning, the entry into the shower is rather small width way, and when using the toilet or shower keep windows shut otherwise you could end up with an audience, as it's over looked.
Pool was OK, but only enough space for 3 loungers. Luckily it didn't seem anyone wanted to use it when we were, and vice versa. it's fine for a short trip.
No welcome pack (not that it's expected but always nice to have some milk and coffee and a bottled water for arrival), Attention to detail could be better.

Good location

Great and nice apartment. Clean and with everything you need. Very well located for those who want to take a morning bath in the sea. Large balcony with both morning and evening sun. It's hard to find anything negative about the place. Located in the eastern part of Nerja, a little less tourists here than further west

Lovely Apartmentos Latin

Very comfortable apartment with sea view from the balcony. Wi fi, English TV channels, well equipped kitchenette too. Very helpful owner.
2 very good restaurants nearby. Plus a cafe style bar. A supermarket 2 minutes walk up the road and a great bakery nearby too. Minutes walk from the beach. 10 mins walk along the carrabeo to the Balcon de Europa and all the shops bars and restaurants you could want.

Lovely neighbourhood feeling

In my opinion, you couldn't ask for a better location. 10 mins to Burriana beach and same to the heart of Nerja. Situated in a lovely neighborhood, that seems to want for nothing essential food shops, bars,restaurants, car hire, launderette, a physio, dentist, tobacconist, small fresh daily bakery, and more. The apartment was perfect. Nice view of the sea on the balcony. The kitchen got great use for breakfasts. Sun tracks from bedroom to balcony in the afternoon/ evening, so it can get hot indoors if shutters are left open during the day. A good Aircon unit. Would highly recommend. The only thing is it is near the beach and traffic noise can off putting in the early night if you are a light sleeper, but only for a while.
