Superb
This place was recommended by one of the local restaurant waiters. Immaculate place, extremely clean and fresh with an added bonus of a roof top terrace. Key is left in a small locked box which the owners provide a code when you arrive. Keys are self scanning and a bit fiddly but do work. Only downside is the apartment is on a narrow paved street and you cannot drive or park. The taxi from the bus station can drop you off at the end of an adjacent street. It’s advertised for 4 people but better to book the larger 2 bed if there’s four people.

Atrocious Apartment with an owner who has no motive other than to Market a property that is not as described.
I have never written a review before but feel I need to warn people about this apartment. It was awful. The bed was damp the stairs were dangerous they creaked and moved. The bottom step was propped up on breeze blocks. Was advised as having a sofa room with photos. There wasn't. Only place to sit was on kitchen chairs. The upstairs bathroom smelt hideous when I told the owner he said open the window ! None of the windows closed nor did any of the cupboards or wardrobes the roof terrace was nice but the plaster was falling off and the balustrade was rusted out and would collapse if touched the toilets were really badly stained. I contacted the owner who had cushions delivered for the kitchen chairs but they were soaking wet. I informed booking.com who contacted the owner who said he wasn't allowed to rectify the problems. This blatantly wasn't true. His only solution was open the bathroom window and delivered wet cushions for the kitchen chairs. He told booking.com we hadn't arrived we actually had stayed two nights. As he didn't offer any solution we had to book a hotel which was lovely and only 42 euros a night. I asked him to move us as he has several properties in Nerja but he didn't offer any help. I have asked booking.com to remove the property from their website as the stairs are so dangerous. Apparently if I leave a bad review as other guests have the owner will offer a refund to remove the bad review. This was told me by booking.com !!!!!

Total disappointment. Very old, uncomfortable, noisy. Not recommended.
Very old, the bathroom full of fungus, you have to sit sideways on the toilet because you hit your knees on the door. Rust, broken and blackened screen, even more fungus. It was a ground floor that is falling apart. They haven't had their face washed since the 70s or 80s. The mattresses are infernal, the springs are coming out. The bedspreads were dirty. It has a supposed interior patio, which cannot be used because it has all the building's air conditioner motors there. The noise of these airs is infernal, it is impossible to sleep with the noise they make. If you don't turn on the ones in this apartment, you will still hear the machines on the floors above.
Great resonance, you hear those above you constantly. Noise of furniture, voices even when they speak in a normal tone...very annoying.
The sofa cover is also very dirty. The best thing about it is the location, quite central. I don't recommend it, really.

Don’t stay
I would like to express my dissatisfaction regarding the apartment I booked through Booking.com Firstly, I must emphasize my disappointment with the consistently unsanitary state of the pool, which only improved after I brought it to your attention when I notified the owner the reply was “no one told us” the service was not fit for purpose but still being charged for the facilities.
Additionally, the broken ladder for the pool and the deplorable condition of the pool loungers' cushions were utterly disappointing.
Inside the apartment, I encountered an infestation of ants, which greatly detracted from the overall experience. It would have been reasonable to expect basic amenities such as washing powder, especially considering the presence of a washing machine. The sliding doors in the shower were also not up to standard when every time you try to close/open on them would almost fall off
The only redeeming features were its central location and the presence of a balcony and terrace. However, given the price I paid for this accommodation, I honestly think the standard should have been significantly higher.
I uploaded this review to booking.com where the next day I received a very unprofessional text from management telling me “never to book with us again” “I’m not welcome” if a business/management can’t handle negative reviews then they really should not be working with the public, I had every right as a paying customer to express my issues.

Fab apt
Lovely holiday apt all you need is supplied. Location is great for beaches and the balcon.
Rooftop pool is very clean and spacious only problem we had was no parasol or shaded area .
Apt was very clean and beds were comfy.
Quiet area .taxi can drop you at door it's a one way street so no parking. We will def be back
