Owner is wonderful! They acommodated our late arrival graciously. Place was super clean and only 15 mins from Pamplona! Great place to stay! Would happily stay there again!

After a 7 hour drive we tried to book in for our three day stay. The Host started to book us in but stopped when he saw we had brought Water and Food with us. Although we tried to explain my partner was diabetic and I had only one kidney which meant we needed food and our own food. By this time it was 7.30pm and we were tired after a 7 hour drive from Andora and finally found a hotel 8 miles away at &,35pm.

What a disappointment…!!!

As positive points I would like to highlight: the cleanliness of the place, the room is comfortable and the house is very nice although located at the foot of the road.
I was very surprised by the treatment received by the manager: an arrogant, unpleasant, poorly educated and inflexible man. We arrived 30' late than the scheduled time and they had already charged us for the room, we agreed on breakfast and dinner but there was no flexibility regarding their schedules: you could only have dinner at 9:00 p.m. and breakfast at 9:00 a.m. which did not suit us for our weekend plan. Parking is non-existent, dangerous due to the proximity of the road and the unevenness. The wifi is non-existent, hot water with very little strength and low temperature.
I do not recommend this place because of its owner/manager: a very unwelcoming, miserable and very unpleasant person.

WHAT AN UNFORTUNATE CHOICE

I recommend that you read the bad comments first of all. Totally agree with everyone. It's a shame not to have read them before.
We didn't even finish the check-in but the short time we stayed before running away was enough for the man who served us to show us how rude and unfriendly he was.
We had reserved a room for two adults and when we got there he told us in an unpleasant tone that we were not two people but three for going with our 20-day-old baby, despite telling him that our daughter sleeps with us in the bed. Seeing that that was not the problem, we offered to pay our daughter's share as well. He told us that the problem was not economic, but he was still unpleasant and gave up on the idea that there were three of us.
After this bad treatment he asked us for our IDs and a credit card. It was here that, seeing that we only had debit cards, that this was a problem and that their discontent was increasing, we decided to leave there.
All this happened at 8:40 p.m. at night while we were drinking and we had to find another place to stay with a baby of less than a month. It seems inhumane to me to treat not only clients but also people like this.

DIFFICULT AND GREAT DISTRUSTING

What an unfortunate choice, we have never been treated with so little tact and distrust to the point of making us feel like criminals, it has an art to creating unfortunate situations and great distrust. We arrived around 2pm with 38 degrees and as soon as we arrived he told us with great disdain that check-in would not take place until 3pm without giving us the opportunity to rest somewhere in the house until our room was available, as if that were not enough we had to Go from there to find somewhere to drink water and rest until the time they tell us to enter. When we arrive, the brother who owns the house greets us and tells us that YOU HAVE BEEN IN THE WRONG PLACE. It is strictly forbidden to bring in food here, which I suspect has seen or searched our bags that we brought from another rural house and we were not planning to throw away the fruit and the cheese that we had left over, from that moment on they confiscated our food and only allowed us to carry the water. They never invited us to know what their facilities were that we could enjoy, we almost felt like imprisoned and spied on for any movement. The next day after the constant noises from the road we asked if there was a possibility of changing the room and that the bathtub was very dangerous and more so for my health as I have just had lumbar surgery and I still have 6 screws and a fall or slip would be a risk to me. sitting in a wheelchair and her response was that Porcelanosa makes its sanitation that way and she refused to put a mat and urged us to place a towel inside. Everything has been very unpleasant and has made us hate the place and the community of Navarre, we It has made the stay bitter to the point of being afraid of it, I do not recommend this place to anyone nor does anyone deserve to experience what we have experienced and felt.
I just hope this helps prevent someone from falling into this situation.
In our opinion they made a mistake with the business, it should be a museum and you should come in and see, pay and don't touch.
Life has to be worth it and prove it, on this occasion you showed your most painful side
By the way, after communicating that we were not comfortable, he told us to leave and we did not do so for fear that he would not refund us the amount we had paid for more than 10 days.
Having said that, may God forgive you, because we do not forgive you.
