Terrible treatment from the owner.

I join the complaints about the owner.
We just returned from a weekend and the lamentable treatment was beyond belief... a total lack of manners, as upon arrival we were told that we would not be provided food due to the schedule, to which we responded that we had already eaten.
When we left on Sunday, it was the same or worse... we ordered some sandwiches outside on the terrace to eat, which apparently did not sit well with her... and she yelled at the poor waiter not to set the table for us (with paper), just utensils... a total lack of respect towards the customer.
It is a shame because we have been coming for years because of Jordi and his father, who are charming, and because the place is beautiful, but we are now going to consider other options like most customers; however, they treat the buses wonderfully.
Well, nothing, time to look for other options....

Excellent welcome.
The owners and staff are very, very friendly.
We had a pleasant stay.
