Great apartment!

Excellent apartments- looked like they’ve recently been refurbished. Modern, clean and comfortable. Very well equipped kitchen - everything you could need. The pool was great, short walk to beach, restaurants etc. Would happily return.

Marvellous Martinez

Lovely apartment. Spotlessly clean. Nice little pool area with sunbeds. 2 Minute stroll to the partner Hotel Gabarda( where you check in).
Staff in the Hotel were lovely. The Manager was out at breakfast every morning saying hello and getting guests complimentary coffee.
We only had B&B. Nice choices for breakfast cooked by a nice chatty Irish lady and served by very pleasant staff.
The English Lady behind reception was really helpful and managed to move us after a day to a lower floor with a pool view.
We cannot fault anything here. Lovely people. Highly recommended.
Palmanova was lovely plenty to see and do. Good bars and good food.

To be avoided

I stayed with husband and daughter the last week of August. I was misled by Booking reviews but there are big flaws in the apartment especially considering how much I paid.
There is no lift
No kit for the bathroom
No herbal tea pods or a simple bottle of water upon our arrival
Yellowed towels
Inconvenient small bathroom with crumbling shower cubicle
Blackout curtains burned by cigarettes
Dirty sofa with pierced cushions
We had the View on a rundown building and so close to see inside the rooms
The inadvisability, only positive vote to the breakfast room staff and proximity to beautiful beaches

Loved these apartments, great location!

Great apartment. Very spacious, clean and perfect for what we needed. The apartments are in a great location, near the beach and restaurants. The apartments are across the street from Hotel Gabarda, which is where you need to book in, this is 24 hour service. We didn't know this on arrival, and you can't see the apartments from the hotel entrance, so maybe worth knowing this!
We had breakfast at the hotel and it was superb! Staff were very friendly and welcoming.
We would definitely recommend here as a good base for a beach holiday in the sun!

Spacious apartment, renovated. It is located close to beach, shops, restaurants and bus stop to Palma. Parking is for free in the streets next to apartment.
Only thing that could be better was bathroom. It was clean, but it could be better designed. Toilet was in the corner very close to sink and shower. Sink was small and it was difficult to wash hands in it.
