Surrounded by pine trees, Interpals Eco Resort is located 450 metres from Pals Beach, on the Costa Brava. Its modern facilities include a swimming pool, jacuzzi and paddle tennis court.

Top campsite
We were here for the 5th time. The location is perfect. The sea / beach is within walking distance, where you walk past a few shops and restaurants. No busy boulevard idea (for us ideal since we don't like this). The surrounding villages are nice for a trip and easy to reach by car. The supermarket at the campsite is complete.
Staff we find very helpful, cleaning is done all day in the sanitary buildings. We do have a preference for the first building, which looks neater. The 2nd is outdated.
We sat in the glamping area which is beautifully landscaped.
We did not visit the pool this year. Catering is fine. Lots of animation for smaller children fun. We have grown-up children and like to eat out elsewhere and play a game at the tent.

Hartelijk dank voor uw mooie en uitgebreide beoordeling. Wat bijzonder dat u Interpals Eco Resort dit jaar al voor de vijfde keer heeft bezocht! Het doet ons veel plezier dat u opnieuw heeft genoten van onze ligging, de nabijheid van het strand, de omgeving en het glampinggedeelte. Ook zijn we blij dat u de behulpzaamheid van ons personeel, de voortdurende schoonmaak van de sanitaire voorzieningen en het aanbod van onze supermarkt waardeert. Uw opmerking over het tweede sanitairgebouw nemen we uiteraard mee, aangezien dit soort feedback ons helpt om onze faciliteiten verder te verbeteren. Fantastisch om te horen dat u opnieuw een topvakantie bij ons heeft gehad. We hopen u met veel plezier voor een zesde verblijf te mogen verwelkomen!

Setback
We stayed here for 14 days, but unfortunately the campsite was quite disappointing. Based on the photos and the description we had different expectations.
* The bed in the cottage is about 140 x 180 cm. For two adults, this is far too small, so you almost without room to move. In addition, your feet are sticking out of the bed, so you cannot sleep comfortably.
* You cannot park the car at the cottage, which is very impractical with luggage.
* The campsite is very hilly, so you have to walk many steep sections and stairs.
* The pool is poorly maintained. There are many loose tiles, mold is visible and several edges are damaged.
* The stairs to the slides are very dirty and are clearly not cleaned sufficiently.
* The pictures on the internet give a much nicer picture than reality. At the pool you mainly look at buildings.
* The animation is disappointing. It looks disorganized and the activities are poorly coordinated.
* At the restaurant wooden beams are crooked and loose, which makes an unkempt impression.
* The cutlery and glasses in the restaurant were visibly dirty several times.
* If you are in the parking lot, your car will be completely covered in resin from the trees. This resin is very difficult to remove.
* The linen package is only provided once for the entire stay. For stays of 14 days, you will only receive one set of bed linen and one towel per person.
* There are only four washing machines for the whole campsite. As a result, they are almost always busy and it is difficult to do the laundry.
* There are ants everywhere on the campsite. Even in the cottage, which woke us up to ants walking all over us.
* There was regularly an unpleasant sewage smell.
All in all, we find that the campsite does not match the expectations raised by the photos and the description. For the price you pay we expected considerably more quality, maintenance and service. Unfortunately, we will not be coming back here.

Camping staff friendly and helpful
Nice campsite with friendly staff and even speak Dutch. We've been getting there for 20 years. This year we had problems with the owner of our caravan parking. Tried to solve it myself by phone and mail, but could not get it done. Finally went to the campsite desk asking if they could help us. Without a problem, a member of staff has called the caravan parking every day to solve the problem for us. Eventually succeeded and are very happy that we were helped so well.
The staff are not only friendly when you arrive at the campsite, but help you wherever they can. Super nice.

Hartelijk dank voor uw mooie woorden en voor het vertrouwen dat u al 20 jaar in Interpals stelt. Dat betekent ontzettend veel voor ons. Wat vervelend dat u problemen heeft gehad met de caravanstalling, maar we zijn erg blij dat ons receptieteam u heeft kunnen helpen en dat het uiteindelijk is opgelost. We vinden het belangrijk om onze gasten te ondersteunen waar we kunnen, ook als het om zaken buiten de camping gaat. We geven uw complimenten met veel plezier door aan onze collega's. We hopen u nog vele jaren bij Interpals te mogen verwelkomen. Tot ziens!

Precise family camping
It is a family camping site with the necessary services. A very clean pool just like the restrooms. It is quiet and close to the beach, with Paliexpress service that takes you if you don't feel like walking. We have come for two consecutive years and we will return!

Terrible.
The waiters were very friendly except for one gardener who, in my opinion, is a racist; he treated his workers poorly in front of the customers.
