Cabot Pollensa Park Spa is located just 100 metres from the beach, in Majorca’s Port de Pollença. Surrounded by gardens, it offers an outdoor swimming pool, gym and a spa completed with hot tub, sauna, Turkish bath, foot bath and heated pool.

4th time, gets better every time!
We have just returned from our most recent trip to Pollensa Park and Spa. This is the 4th time we have visited this hotel and it gets better every time.
The hotel have now assigned a mascot, who makes regular appearances throughout the week, which my children aged 4 and 9 absolutely loved: Boti the duck.
The entertainment team are wonderful. I’d like to say a special thank you to Giuseppe and Lety who brought such happiness and energy to the hotel. When my daughter hurt herself one evening, Giuseppe went out of his way to make her feel better and engaged her with Spanish fun to take her mind off it. The entertainment team use the same songs to start and end the day was a fabulous touch.
The splash park bit is fantastic and the slides are great with life guards supervising both pools.
The park has been updated too and now consists of a 1 metre high obstacle course type thing. It’s great!
Bar staff are fantastic, but special shout out to Miguel and Jago too. We loved every minute. So much so, we have booked again for next year!

If you want low customer service and all you can eat garbage.
We stayed for five nights Sun - Fri all inclusive. The hotel is nice, rooms where clean as expected with the basic amenities. Don't expect to get much sleep during the night, the entertainment finishes at 11-11:30pm. The doors slam shut, you can here people above, below and next door to you. Excited children running up and down the corridor, screaming and shouting as well as drunken adults with raised voices (just an observation as expected for family holiday's).
You spend quite a lot of money for a positive family experience and to make good memories. However, the staff do not know how to smile, some were rude - I was quietly waiting outside the bar at 9:57am when it opens at 10am (my daughter wanted some water) and was shouted at and told to come back after 10am!
The restaurant experience was odd. One day they want you to que to be seated, the next you can just sit wherever.
The cutlery in crockery or often dirty! So it's a hunt for something clean to eat from, drink from or with.
The food, its all inclusive so as expected the food is pretty much the same everyday. Fatty bacon, processed scrambled eggs, yesterday's duchess potatoes, yesterday's sausages in a stew, cook to death fish, overcooked pork, deserts that taste like experiments. Oh and flies everywhere!
We went out for dinner one night and yes although you are paying them you can notice straight away the difference in customer service and the experience, as well as the food cooked with love and care.
Overall, Cabot is a nice hotel but it needs a lot of improvement as the most basic hotels I have stayed in offer a lot more than Cabot's efforts - if you can call it effort that is.

Unsatisfactory service and experience
This hotel is definitely one to avoid.
Unfortunately upon arrival we were allocated a room which had a very unpleasant smell which was not a great start to our holiday.
We raised this with the reception team who were rather dismissive of our concerns. We were told that they would send cleaners to have a look. This made matters worse as there solution was to spray an overpowering chemical to try and mask the smell.
After insisting we would not be sleeping in this room we were allocated another room which thankfully had no bad smell. After paying extra for a sea view room via Jet2 our new room faced the service area of the hotel with views of delivery vehicles and hotel waste which as you can imagine was absolutely delightful !!!.
The misery did not end there. Our air conditioning did not work in the room and despite asking several times for this to be fixed we were given a fan.

Amazing holiday
Hi we were here the the start of August we got back the 15th I just want to say how much a brilliant holiday it was the hotel was amazing clean rooms got cleaned everyday fresh towels food was nice the entertainment was fab it’s a good hotel for the kids staff were lovely I did read some negative reviews before we came so I was a bit worried in case it wasn’t any good but I can honestly say it was a grateful place please don’t take note of the bad reviews you can’t please everyone we are definitely coming back next year we spoke to a man he has been going there for 11yrs with his family and I know why pollensa it’s self is stunning it’s not to busy beach at the bottom of the street we went to the market on the Wednesday that was good I would highly recommend going to the hotel and going to pollensa itself.

Excellent stay, service and entertainment were top-notch
Very good service overall: the bar, restaurant, and hotel staff are very welcoming, smiling, and always very attentive.
Special mention to the entertainment team Giuseppe, Yosra, and Lety, who are the best! They create a great atmosphere and are very available. The little ones loved the activities and we also really appreciated their energy and kindness.
A big thank you to the whole team for this stay, we had a very good time!
