Noise and dirt

The room more or less acceptable, bathroom and dirty towels
You can't even sleep a lot of noise downstairs from the hotel. Youth is where they go to drink.
So if you want to rest even for a few hours you can't do it
There are hundreds of children partying
If you have already booked and can change the booking I advise you to do so

VERY AND DIRTY

A very very dirty and spoiled hotel. I didn't go in because I didn't want to buy bleach to clean it like others did. The worst hotel I've ever been to

Employees score between nine and ten. The hotel doesn't reach 5.

Attention from reception and waiters are 10. The location is excellent I would give it a 9. The negative is the hotel. It may have been a 3-star hotel, but now it doesn't reach two. The bathroom has to be renovated from the floor to the shower facilities. I didn't have a hairdryer. The bathroom plug wasn't working. The bedroom was acceptable, but the blinds were jammed. We slept with the light coming from outside.

Disappointment

Hello, my disappointment to see so much dust in the room and old. When I turned on the lamp, my mother!!! Old furniture two plugs one from the TV and one in the bathroom. The bed, thank you I've got a sleeping bag. Super unfriendly reception. For what they charge they should have better cleaning and facilities. Greetings

Dated hotel

This hotel is in a great location and is right on the Camino Ingles. However, it is very dated and tired. While it is clean, it feels dusty. The Bar and Restaurant is just ok. The staff were friendly, but did not speak great English. Thankfully I spoke enough Spanish to make myself understood. If there is another option I wouldn't stay here again. This could be a great hotel if it had some TLC.
