TOP address in Rosas... That's all it should be!
For grand luxury you shouldn't be there... BUT!!!.. it is an extremely well-kept hotel with friendly owners who take care of the reception themselves very frequently. The rooms are tastefully decorated and have excellent beds! Breakfast is not very extensive, but there is something for everyone... The coffee is sublime!

Horrible.
We arrived in this hotel, we were given a mediocre room, not cleaned, with hair and hair in bed, in our room, exactly the same, with a plus the broken tiles, whose foot I came out of the shower, the staff is very unpleasant, no communication with them, I told them that I hurt myself, he did not even have a rescue kit to at least disinfect me, I want to specify that I am disabled, it is a hotel that I strongly advise against because the photos really do not correspond to the state of the hotel which is in pitiful condition, varied breakfast, but on the other hand everything that is egg and bacon we are not allowed to heat it, orange juice in water, canned fruit, it is the first and last time I will return to this hotel.

Horrible hotel
I went to this hotel while I was disabled, The hotel changed us a first time because the room was very dirty, hair in the bed, as well as hair, loose furniture, bugs from everywhere, when I came out of the bathroom there was a hole in the tile of at least 10 cm where I injured myself, when I went down to the reception to leave with a limp, the person did not offer me even a minimum of treatment
I don’t know what fun this hotel has putting recent photos when the hotel is dirty and undressed, no safe, no fridge for a 3 star, in the evening we saw people taking hard drugs downstairs from the hotel Right in front of the reception, normal...?! And their bad faith, they wouldn’t pay me back.
But the worst thing, knowing my disability, is at least to treat me a minimum.
So I don’t recommend this hotel because you’re going to have some nasty surprises, wondering if it doesn’t pay people or they’re giving them discounts to give them good reviews...
In any case, I will never come back to this hotel which is a slum...
Good luck to you, if you want to have a place in front of the mall or in a busy alley, because if it is to rest do not go... no shutters, no blinds, just a simple curtain torn and the day early...

Was ever better!
For the 3rd time in this hotel. In general, it gets a little less. Where the Cortados first came from a good coffee machine, now a cheap coffee is served from a machine. No warm eggs but hard boiled cold eggs from a day earlier. Breakfast is getting less and less and that's a big miss. Also the towels that are changed only once every 3 days I find dirty. I dry myself everywhere and then I have to do 2 more times with it.
Too bad! Room was also small. But... view was beautiful, parking in front of the hotel was very nice and staff friendly. I'm still missing a hanging area for clothes (there are now some hangers hanging over a closet. Nothing fits there)
