Go back to La solana every year with pleasure. Very nice and tidy apartment. All the comfort. Friendly concierges Mike and Caroline. Always ready if there's anything. The garden is very neat and very well maintained. See you next year!!

Residence Solana, Roses Spain

The 2 concierges have a deplorable attitude No inventory in entrance, but inventory in exit
Common areas: no maintenance, very dirty, even disgusting shower side
smelled like gas in the kitchen every morning
smell of cat litter, in common areas smell that came up to the apartments smell Very unpleasant waking up on 15days
Water leak with the neighbors above in the bathroom
Observe, spy by the janitors. It’s a shame In my review, many disgruntled guests will no longer come back because of the very unpleasant concierges, see haughty permanently
Change staff you will gain customers
The apartments are well located. And functional

To flee because of the janitors

Cons:
-The concierges are obnoxious to the holidaymakers, and constantly watch them, looking at them wrong, no politeness, nor know how to live speaks in their language between them in front of us (neither hello, nor holà).
Common areas dirty and not maintained, with a strong smell of litter, recurrent cat urine...
-No inventory at the beginning of the stay but realize at the exit.
Change staff as soon as possible because they scare away holidaymakers.
Pros:
-Apartment very well located, close to beaches and shops.

a great holiday

it's been years that we always have a wonderful holiday and we are already looking forward to next year the apartment very clean and very well equipped the welcome was as usual very warm the concierge couple they are really great we can ask them anything they do everything to answer us well, give advice the surroundings of the house is also well maintained in short a great place

Very nice place

It was a very nice stay. Everything was clean and beautiful. The concierges were very friendly and helped where possible. the price quality is top. there is a beautiful and well-maintained garden, which the concierges do wonderfully! I will definitely come back here
