This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Outside the key collection hours, the client has the option to pick up the keys in a mailbox. This service has an extra cost of 25€ per booking. The client has to notify us of their late arrival and we will send them instructions by mail. Reception hours: Monday to Sunday: 9am to midnight. Spa and Gym hours may vary depending on the season. Children under 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult in the spa area. Children under 3 are not allowed in the indoor pool. A swimming cap must be used in the indoor pool. Towels are changed every 4 days and bed linen every 7 days. Please note that guests must present the credit card used to make the reservation on arrival. If you are not the owner of the credit card used to make the reservation, please contact the property in advance. Please note that apartment pictures are indicative, exact decoration and furniture may slightly vary from one apartment to another.
