For what I was looking phenomenal

We were in room 205, three nights, room with spectacular views and very well appointed, has TV and a small terrace with chairs and table that makes the moments spent in the room enjoyable, the friendliness of the excellent staff, also has restaurant where you can eat if you want, quiet and very nice place, breakfast that came in the price very assorted and abundant, in conclusion if you are looking for a five star do not go to this Inn, but to spend a few days I find it magnificent, and the price is very very good.

Embarrassing.

Shameful, looks like a very low-end hostel. The entrance full of bags of clothes, duvets laid out, painful how we are ripped off every day more and more and the room.... without words and on top 100€. Are these prices controlled? In addition we are 3 adults and only one has had to deliver the license

A fraud

It is a total scam, but they have no shame in lying to your face, making gestures exaggerating your comments, saying that it is on the beachfront and that it has free parking. It is a two-star hostel that does not even reach a hovel. You couldn't be more sleazy and manipulative, as well as unfriendly and incompetent. The wonderful alternative you offered me was a room that faced the road and the garbage containers.
Charging €80 a night for that crappy accommodation and service is playing very dirty, especially because people like me make a huge effort to pay for it, believing that in exchange we are going to have a few days of rest in front of the sea.
It doesn't matter how much you keep lying and distorting, the people who have been there know perfectly well what's going on.

Ayer entramos al hotel a las 17.00 de la tarde... La chica de recepción súper sec a y desagradable..al subir a la habitación,mos quedamos helados, todo roto,viejo, minúsculo ..
La cena abajo con patatas de bolsa y básicos cutres y más caras de seta por parte de las señoras que sirven aquí.
Pero lo peor ha venido a la noche...gritos a todo volumen. Hasta las dos de la mañana..
97 euros por un kutxitril horrible...de locos

Falta de profesionalidad

El 29 de abril por la mañana temprano, me enteré que ese fin de semana era la fiesta de la anchoa en Santoña. Busqué un alojamiento por la zona, pensando que ya no quedaría ninguno, ya que era sábado y ese mismo día y al siguiente era una de las fiestas más importantes de la zona, pero cual fue mi sorpresa cuando había un alojamiento, a priori no muy caro, cerca de la fiesta y cerca de playa. Pensé que raro, y reservé para ir con mi mujer y mi hija. Se lo dije a mi mujer, pero me dijo que la niña tenía un cumpleaños esa misma tarde y que era de su mejor amiga. A los pocos minutos de reservar, cancelé la reserva, con la esperanza de que no me cobraran nada, ya que la reserva había estado hecha 15 minutos. Al final no hubo manera y me cobraron 190 € de dos noches. Luego lees los comentarios de las personas y te das cuenta de cómo no va a hacer habitaciones libres y se van a quedar con mi dinero, para mi esto es robar. Alguna vez más me había pasado con otros alojamientos y siempre o me habían devuelto el dinero o me dejaban reservar en otra fecha. Porque aunque he reservado fuera de plazo, los profesionales de la hostelería se hacen cargo de los cambios que pueden surgir a una familia y te dejan cambiar la fecha. Son profesionales, vamos, no como la gente que lleva este hostal que como no deben vender muchas habitaciones por el estado y la limpieza del mismo, tienen que quedarse con el dinero de las familiar honradas para ganar dinero. Yo al igual que la gran mayoría de las personas que escriben sobre este alojamiento, les aconsejaría que no fueran a este hostal, que hay muchos por la zona y seguro que con profesionales llevando los alojamientos.
