Disgusting.
The bosses of this hotel occupy houses of elderly people to rent them and are not Moors are immigrants but Spanish

I stay there for two days !!! I make the reservation via booking.com I believe it offends you and makes me wonder what I knew so far for booking and its high standard level of accommodation around the world.
First and MOST IMPORTANT: As seen on booking this place seems My to accept credit cards. When we got there the receptionist forced us to withdraw money from the nearest ATM and pay cash. That is an extra cost for me since I don’t use euro currency.
- They didn’t have a second key.
- No soundproof, we could hear everything.
- No facilities such as iron, hairdryer, refrigerator (just for a cold water).
Not even a single painting on the wall
- the place was dirty
- we asked for a beach towel and they didn’t have any. I couldn’t go to the sea using the white one we use for the bathroom so I had to buy a new one. I don’t understand who could possibly think that people traveling from so far were supposed to bring their own beach towels. Plus all other hotels in Sitges have a free beach towel for their guests.
- the towels we were given for two people were two face towels and only one big to dry ourselves. One of us had to use the face towel.
- the bathroom sink was about to collapse
- sheets were torn
- beds were truckle beds, that means no comfortable at all!
- NOT VALUE FOR MONEY

There were no sheets on the bed help
I’m a 18 years old girl and I just love to visit Sitges, but of this place I just got the creeps.
When I walked into this hotel, there was a man at the reception. His speaking was so rude and he wasn’t friendly at all. When I stepped into this place I already got a spooky feeling.
We went upstairs and the elevator was closed for using.
When we came into the room it’s smelled so bad. We booked a room for 2 persons and in the room were 3 beds.
There were no sheets on the bed so I refused to stay here.
When we came downstairs we told the problem.
The man said we already ‘usted’ the room so we couldn’t get or money back even tho we stayed 3 whole minutes in the room.
I got so scared that I just wanted to leave. Do. Not. Ever. Come. Here the place just doesn’t look good at all.
At the end we slept in a other hotel and had fun after all :)

Good
With great trepidation we booked into the hotel Ibiza after reading the really bad reviews after we had booked! We are a couple in our late 60’s travelling through Spain on the trains. We are staying in this hotel at this moment until Sunday. Our room is fine. We have a small terrace, the sheets are clean, as is the room. Everyday the shampoo/ shower gel are replenished. The bathroom is clean, plenty of hot water. We have air con and a flat screen tv. The staff are friendly, we speak Spanish which helps. It can be noisy but, that’s down to inconsiderate guests who think it’s ok to have loud conversations and slam doors in the middle of the night. Not the fault of the hotel. All in all, we are happy with our choice. Reasonable price and very central. The drains do smell at times so, we bought an air freshener for 1 Euro. Sorted. We have travelled extensively over the last 50 years and this hotel does not warrant some of the bad comments. We hitchhiked to Sitges in the very early 70’s! Still love it.
