Holidays

We spent a few days on holiday in this hotel, we decided to take the room with hot tub on the terrace and it was a success.
The room was wonderful with a stunning terrace and a hot tub with warm water.
Very good breakfast buffet and the attention of the girls reception perfect.
Perfect hotel to spend a few days in Suances and close to everything.

The best, the tranquility of the area

Small hotel in a very quiet area of Suances and therefore is not on the beachfront but takes 10 minutes walk
Very normal room at exorbitant price. We were on floor -1, with window but we could not open at night because being flush, slugs, lizards or even rats could enter the area.
Mosquito nets for those rooms wouldn't be bad.
Air conditioning , fridge , safe and some bathroom accessories
Breakfast included and varied, but without any changes during all days of the stay
Parks without problem in the area
There is no 24-hour reception and the hotel is accessed with a code in the evening
The clerk who attends the reception has caught her on the bad days, because in the reviews they say she is very friendly and with us from the beginning she has been unsympathetic and without much desire to do her job
Anyway, bad days we can all have. Thanks for the sobaos

Worth the hotel is quiet

The hotel is good I had no problem the breakfast very good and the people who work very well quiet and quiet I would recommend it.

Invoice mistake and our demand when claiming was half met

There was a misunderstanding when it came to closing price and we did not feel well served in that aspect, otherwise acceptable, except that breakfast time is very brief for me taste, the hot products buffet were always cold, the ladies of the Office without gloves or unhygienic caps to me understand....otherwise acceptable although very expensive for the services that are offered.

VERY CORRECT AND COMFORTABLE HOTEL

A simple but very cozy hotel. the comfortable and clean room and the super comfortable bed with viscoelastic mattress. Very complete breakfast buffet. THE ONLY ONE BUT I CAN POINER IS THAT THEY DIDN'T HAVE THE COFFEE SHOP OPEN AND FOR DINNER WE HAD TO WALK 300 METERS.
