YOU CANNOT REST

We did not know that the stay came with ASMR road noise included; whose idea was it to put a campsite right next to a road? It is impossible to rest, we will NOT be back, awful.

An absolute lack of control, do not go, it is disgusting.

The pool is chaotic, rude children jump in on top of you, there is no lifeguard, no one enforces order, it is truly disgusting, I do not recommend it.

Disastrous

I find it very bad to have a pool without a lifeguard since even residential complexes have one, and it is mandatory; there is no control at all, children are jumping in without any supervision, bothering others without any control in the camping area, they do not have a bar open at the pool, you cannot eat anything after the restaurant's closing time; I find it outrageous that they do not have these services, they only have very friendly staff at the reception and in the restaurant, for everything else, I will not return, you go hungry, and if you want to eat, you have to leave the camping area.

Lousy experience, face for what it offers

A full-blown hoax.
My experience in Kampaoh Tarifa has been terrible. We've been with two kids and the store isn't ready for them. Excessive heat that palliates with a fan that all it does is dust up. And even worse if you open the store because the butts everywhere get into the store just like dust, there is no lawn garden or anything like that.
The tent, in addition to being dirty, had both the lights and the mosquito net broken. They give you utensils (two plates, glasses and some cutlery) that you better scrub before if you don't want to catch gastroenteritis. The bathroom was in very poor cleaning condition. There is no individual plot for your stay: the shops are excessively glued and the reality does not match the photos they advertise.
Although the location is good, access to the beach is practically non-existent. We called at least four times to get the mosquito nets and lights fixed; eventually they did a simple rigging, more at our insistence than out of real interest. In short, this “glamping” lacks all the “glamping” it promises. It is an expensive experience for what it really offers and leaves a lot to be desired.

I wanted to cancel my trip because of a fire and was charged part of the reservation

My experience with Kampaoh has been very negative. I had a reservation in Kampaoh Tarifa (Vampong) but, just before my stay, a motorhome fire broke out very close to the premises. Given the lack of security and the sensitivity of the situation, I decided to cancel the reservation.
The logical thing to do in these cases would have been a gesture of understanding on the part of the Enterprise, but instead they charged me part of the reservation, without showing empathy or real will to solve the problem. Despite my emails explaining the exceptional situation, their response was rigid, cold and without any consideration for the client.
I find it unacceptable that such an Enterprise prioritizes money over the safety and peace of mind of its guests. From my experience, I will not trust Kampaoh again and I do not recommend it.
