Very quiet, away from the tourist hustle and bustle of Covadonga
In the middle of the meadows, near the hamlet of Torio, we reach this inn by a fairly narrow road but very little used. The breakfast is excellent. Special mention for homemade jams. The hosts are very friendly. Only downside: the mattress is too soft, but it is a subjective opinion. Too bad you have to take the car to go to dinner.

Asturian oasis
Back home, missing our days in the House. It is a wonderful corner where to disconnect and pause so many obligations and stress of city ... nature in its purest state ... Everything very clean and careful , every detail makes the difference in this place . Away from the noise but two steps from the village of Cangas de Onis. Nacho and his family are lovely and have made us feel at home. Attentive and super nice. If you need help to know the place, definitely Nacho will be happy to guide you. Breakfast of 10 with homemade biscuit every day and all very rich to your taste. And those views....They have no food service but you have tables outside where you can have a picnic in the evening or drinks watching the sunset.
Ah and has play area for children with swings and trampoline !!
Finally name the best friend my boy has ever brought, Tori, a shepherd dog that hangs around the house and has enlivened our afternoons playing with Bruno at the ball in the garden. THANK YOU Nacho and Carmen for your hospitality. A hug to girls and grandparents ❤️You are wonderful and we wish you well. See you next year!!!

Bucolic environment, Comforts the just
Our review may be somewhat "biased", we may NOT be the Customer Listing for this type of accommodation, we are looking for some "amenities" that this establishment did NOT offer us.
It wasn't the first election in Cangas de Onis, we finally decided on the very positive comments I had on the networks
The house has a complicated access especially at night, narrow road, curves without visibility... but the environment is quite "bucolic"
The right room in terms of its size, with a rather rural decoration?. The bathroom, cold and dim.
Our stay coincided with it raining every day and the temperatures have been slightly lower than usual.. . Well, one of the things I was referring to at the beginning of my comment regarding "amenities", is the temperature of the room and bathroom. The maximum temperature at which the AA (heat pump) can be regulated is 21.5. The worst was the temperature of the bathroom, the radiator-towel rail was out of service, the heating was off.
Something they should warn on their website is that the towels change every 3 days. In our case they did not dry overnight due to ambient humidity. If the towel rail had worked, things would probably change. They change them with a 10€ penalty.

No disponemos de bomba de calor.
Por encima de 21'5° dentro de la habitación, la calefacción no se activa porque significa que no hace frío. Estamos en septiembre.
Nadie en su casa cambia las toallas a diario. ¿Por qué deberíamos hacerlo aquí? Se cambian cada 3 días como marca la normativa de turismo. En 8 años nadie se ha quejado. Cambiarlas a diario supone un gasto energético y de agua innecesarios.

We went for 4 days and the treatment was wonderful, from the first minute they recommended places to visit, places to eat... and they were all a success.
The spectacular homemade breakfast, every day a cake, a different cheese.....
The rooms and exterior are very neat and clean.

A paradise that you cannot miss
The truth is that the experience has been very good, from the moment of booking: there were 4 of us and Nacho offered to put an extra bed for the children. Very rich breakfast, with freshly squeezed juice and homemade cakes. And what to say about the environment? Well, a paradise, with green meadows, views of the mountains at the door of your room, and paths to lose through green forests. My children had a great time with the sheep and the goat, and I had a sidriña at dusk looking at the landscape. The only negative point: the bed. Too soft, it seemed sunken, in fact the head seemed to be lower than the feet. We sleep upside down to seek greater comfort. Maybe it would have fit other people.
