Excellent location!!!
Beautiful hotel in the historic center of Valencia. On a pedestrian street between the bullring and the city hall square. Super convenient for reaching the main monuments. The room was a spacious and comfortable deluxe double. The bathroom was also very nice and spacious. Excellent cleanliness. On the breakfast floor, there is a water dispenser always available for free. A service that I really appreciated. The breakfast is good, not very varied, but includes both sweet and savory options. I found it sufficient anyway. I would definitely stay there again.

Check‑in was generally welcoming and most reception staff were polite, though one female staff member was less friendly. The hotel is clean, the Wi‑Fi works well, and the location couldn’t be more central — everything is right on the doorstep. The fridge, coffee machine and TV in the room were a real bonus.
However, as a solo traveller I feel I drew the short straw: my room looked directly onto a wall, which was disappointing, and the walls were very thin so I could hear everything from next door, making sleep difficult.

Firstly the location was perfect, very easy to get to from the metro and central to all major attractions. The property is surrounded by ample bars, restaurants, shops and cafes.
From the moment we checked in the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They made lots of great recommendations and marked places on a map they recommend visiting. If ever we had any questions they were always happy to help us.
The room its self was probably the cleanest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. The decor is maybe slightly dated but it was genuinely spotless and had everything we needed - including powerful air con which was much needed this trip! The cleaning ladies were very friendly and attentive. If we passed them in the corridors they would go out of their way to make sure we didn’t need anything. Our room was on the inside of the property which meant it just had a frosted window as opposed to the balconies shown online. But it meant it was quiet as out front can be extremely noisy until late.
The locker facilities are also very helpful and easy to use. The only thing the hotel lacked was somewhere to freshen up and have a quick shower after checkout. We checked out in the morning but had a very late flight. After walking around for 7 hours in 36 degree heat it would’ve been great to be able to quickly shower before our flight when we collect our luggage from the storage. But other than that no complaints!
We didn’t have any breakfast on site so I can’t comment on that.
