Feel at home within two blocks of everything important

The whole place is extremely clean and welcoming. There are two shared bathrooms and a WC but they're kept spotless by the staff, so clean yoj could eat off the floor. Luis (one of the staff members) was exceptionally welcoming, he even lent us an electric kettle because we are Argentine and NEED mate. He also lent us a portable ice box with ice because my mom needs her water cold. We stayed in a 4 person room with a queen size and two single beds that had a great view of the train station area and right across our favorite restaurants. Definitely coming back, because we felt right at home.

You pay to sleep a minute from City Hall

The good thing is that its location is practically unbeatable, but that's it. They charge you for that. Period. There's no more... literally. You arrive, and you find a bed, a chair and a ceiling fan. That's it. It can be worth a quick fix for a night if, for example, you arrive in Valencia on a flight that leaves you in the city at a bad time, but that’s it.
If you want to spend two or three days in Valencia find something else, because if you take a suitcase and put it in the room, you have to leave.
Oh, and in summer, you'd better not spend that night or you'll barely survive the danger of suffocation.

Very good.

Excellent location, right in the center between Plaza de l'ajuntament and the Cámara Esencial north station with views of the pedestrian street. the host (Oscar) was very friendly and kind.
There are also three shared bathrooms and you don't have the problem of finding them occupied.
Highly recommended

Good location, terrible room, bad value.

Worst room ever!! It had no sunlight, view or fresh air, as it opened out onto a circulation shaft of concrete. I tried to stay out of the room for as long as I could and when there listened to music to zone out. Water in the showers needed to be fixed twice as not hot. Minimal furniture. Website photos show street facing rooms. Beware.

Very comfortable

The triple room is spacious and comfortable, the shared bathrooms are kept clean and cleaned regularly, the building has an elevator, the staff, Oscar, Laura, are very friendly and willing to help. The location is excellent close to everything
