Room was comfortable and nice

Great location at the beginning of the Russafa neighborhood...amazing cafes and restaurant.
Got a great price for the room and the breakfast was delightful....many fresh options to start the day off with.

A horrible experience
The Air-Conditioning in the room was horrible. The front desk said it was against the law in Spain to lower it anymore, we were barely to sleep for 11 nights and complained daily about it, they would fix it for two hours, and then it would shut off in the middle the night. The furniture is from the 70s very old and the gym is archaic, literally four weights in the gym and it’s over 90° in there, they don’t provide water in the gym or a towel, filthy equipment. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else, not sure how they got a four star rating.

The hotel was well maintained, the staff was polite. There are snacks available. Would enjoy a coffee bar option during down time, outside of breakfast or lunch.

Excellent hotel
The hotel was perfect and had everything we needed. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, and cleaned daily. The value was exceptional, given the Gay Games was on in the city. Perfect location to get to the city quickly.

Good hotel in Valencia
The hotel is very good for a short trip with friends or family, the staff's attention is good, and it is very well located. Special mention to Adrián from the maintenance team who quickly and effectively solved the television connection for us, allowing us to enjoy the TV.
