Horribly noisy!!!

The positives:
Lovely staff. Spacious room with small terrace and small mountain view King Size bed, nice sheets. Excellent breakfast with vegetarian option. Bright dining room. Building in Andalusian style, nice exterior architecture.
The negatives:
Hotel extremely poorly soundproofed, you hear your neighbor above blow his nose, the one next door sneeze and the one opposite use his toilet all night.
The door lock system needs to be changed urgently. It's impossible to close the door without slamming it loudly when you get out, so you wake up at 5:00 a.m. with the deafening sounds of slamming doors.
Don't forget to indicate that you don't want to be disturbed, otherwise (my case) the maid comes home without hitting like a hurricane and if you order her out, another one comes back 5 minutes later like a tornado.
Outdated bathroom with holes in unrepaired walls and gas chamber lighting.
Plucked skirting boards in corridors and common areas
Do not hesitate to visit several rooms: the first one I was shown smelled bad, the second had not been properly cleaned (socks lying around), the third was correct. Take a room in the back, the ones in the front look out onto a fast lane with lots of trucks.
No bathrobes or slippers
Hotel decorated exclusively in shades of grey, black and beige .. more cheerful colors would not hurt.

A very clean hotel, breakfast was excellent. All the staff really nice. Parking outside the front door very handy and free.would recommend this hotel to friend and family.

The staff were amazing and went over and above to help.
The breakfast was the best I have ever had.
The bathroom was a bit tired and could have done with a freshen up.
Lovely to have a little fridge in the room.
The pool area was spotless and a really beautiful pool with comfortable sun beds

Breakfast was lovely

Breakfast here is some of the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. The best coffee we’ve tried in Spain. Staff were all very welcoming. Positive atmosphere.
