The evening staff, a very nice gentleman was very helpful and day staff woman was vy helpful in storing our luggage away.

Phenomenal hotel and a receptionist named Tsveti who was rude and unacceptable.
Wonderful hotel, the rooms, especially the new ones, are phenomenal, everything is super clean. Breakfast is very decent.
We already know it from several visits. Currently staying at the hotel. When we arrived from the 3rd to the 5th and had to make a change, the super friendly receptionist did it for us without any issues. Today, the 7th, another change had to be made and I got the receptionist named Tsveti, who was quite rude, and with my son present, too. I asked her to make the change and mentioned a personal matter affecting the reservation, and she cut off the conversation as if she didn't care. I told her to charge me, and she said she couldn't, that until a night had passed she couldn't do it, and I told her that was impossible since her colleague did it days before, and then she told me she was doing something else and couldn't charge me. Anyway, for this type of person at the front desk, which is the image of the hotel, you have to make sure they are the best, like the one who helped me the first day. The hotel is phenomenal.

I have stayed at this hotel frequently as I have family living close by.
On this occasion I had brought my car from England and the excellent staff arranged access to a secure underground car park very close by. When the technology of the check in system at the car park confused me Lucia from reception took the trouble to come to the car park to assist me… amazing guest care on her part. On the Sunday evening Tsueh guided me to a local store that was open the Sunday for me to get a few essentials.
I phoned Marlos on reception whist I was still in the UK and he helped arrange my place at the underground car park. All three members of the reception staff were absolutely amazing ! As were the chamber maid ladies.
This hotel is a total pleasure to stay in.

A great stay as always
I often visit this hotel as I have family who live close by.
On this occasion I brought my car from the UK. Before leaving my home in England I contacted Marcos at the hotel and he was amazing. He read me that he would reserve me a place at a secure underground car park adjacent to the hotel giving me great peace of mind.
When I became confused with the registration system at the car park Lucia on reception made a special trip to the car park to assist me. Exceptional customer w!
Tsueh on reception guides me to a shop nearby open on the Sunday evening for me to get a few essentials.
The staff at this hotel are absolutely fantastic as are the chamber maids and breakfast staff. I can’t recommend this great hotel enough! Outstanding!

Very good price
Hotel located near the old romareda stadium (currently destroyed). The tram is not far, convenient to go to the historic district (one-way ticket price: 1.65 euros). Cleanliness is impeccable, air-conditioned and comfortable rooms. Breakfast served from 7 am is perfect with lots of choices in savory and sweet. Small downside: only 2 coffee machines for a large room! The staff is very good. In addition, this hotel is part of an organization that carries out inclusion (disability...) and social actions with the help of once. No parking around the property but it offers privileged parking spaces close to the hotel.
