Excellent service

Outstanding service. Lovely people—Hashan always helped me with a smile and patience, assisting with laundry and making sure I had plenty of coffee and water. Sweet Imesha is hardworking and wonderful; she even physically helped me when I wasn't feeling well. She always offers coffee with a smile. Cute, comfortable rooms and a delicious breakfast.

Chic, elegant hotel!

Great little hotel, very clean and well-equipped! We also tried dinner right on-site, and it was great. Likewise, the breakfast that was served to us was very delicious. The staff is friendly and accommodating. It is located approx. 400m from the main road, which is therefore very easily accessible in 5 minutes.

Fantastic place, would stay here again

The best hotel ever !! Genuinely the kindest staff, so friendly and welcoming. Took care of our suitcases, clean rooms, even accommodated for us allowing us to have a late dinner as we arrived late, gave us complimentary breakfast and lots of water. Even gave us spare room for when one of us had meeting to attend too. Overall fantastic service, next to main straight with lots of restaurants and bars. Would stay here again. Budget friendly

Amazing stay at BBQ hub

It was an incredible experience at this hotel with amazing hospitality ! It was very well located and easy to get to all the attractions in Ella. Complimentary breakfast was also included. Highly recommend this at a place to stay in Ella !

Super pleasant stay at Ella!

Nice hotel tucked away from the busy center. Very friendly and helpful staff. Delicious full breakfast. Super service. Ideal hotel to discover the surroundings of Ella.
