Great architecture, beautiful large rooms, rooftop pool.

This is an oasis in this frenetic suburb ! The whole place is calm and relaxing. The owner is charming and speaks great English. He’s clearly passionate about his boutique hotel. The breakfast is different every day, made personally for you.

Good start in Sri Lanka.

The hotel has a lovely green hall. We had a nice spacious room with an outdoor shower and bath. Good beds. We got a delicious Sri Lankees breakfast. The owner and staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is within walking distance of the beach with good restaurants. On the roof terrace is a small but nice swimming pool. There is good sound insulation.

Top hotel.. lesser location

Beautifully decorated hotel, done with great taste. Host particularly attentive and professional. Breakfast very extensive , above average. On top of the roof a swimming pool. Looking at the sea (in the distance)
Situation: accommodation is located in a street. Not really special. To reach the beach (5 minutes walk) you have to cross a railway.
Apart from the location I can definitely recommend this hotel

Nice atmosphere and delicious breakfast

Wonderful stay in a relaxing atmosphere and very friendly owner and staff.
You can catch your breath here in the hustle and bustle of Colombo. The spacious rooms are equipped with all amenities and have a good bed.
The rooftop swimming pool is also very nice to cool off and look out over the city.
Upon request I received a fantastic vegan breakfast ❤️

A treasure box

A beautiful place with excellent service. We were made to feel very welcome. The room was large & very tastefully appointed. A roof top pool with views over the sea & to the city. Breakfast was delightfully presented and super tasty. Highly recommend staying here..
