Comfy Spaces, Thoughtful Touches

Moss has a certain charm to it that isn't quite Sri Lankan, but one that could certainly only be found here. Built around a lush courtyard, the space connects you with the fragrance and energy of the jungle lying just beneath the city streets of Colombo.
The spacious rooms are bespoke in their design, with a focus on soft, natural woods, white walls, and polished concrete floors. The bathrooms feel modern, and hot water is a welcome treat when you've got an air conditioned room.
Common areas are comfortably furnished and feel inviting. An array of books congregate on coffee tables, in case you aren't traveling with one. And the communal mac computers provide access to the web should you need it. Speaking of, there's solid wifi here as well.
And I'd be remiss to exclude the staff from my review... Polite, friendly, and chill, the Moss staff are your homies away from home. Expect your needs to be taken care of promptly and with respect.

Made my night

Spent one night with a bunch of my closest friends and it was an amazing experience. Firstly, the actual location is pretty central to Colombo. The hotel itself was extremely clean, stylish and a great place to chill and have a good time. The rooms were amazing and those bathrooms <3 The staff were friendly and very accommodating as well.Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing evening or even to have a nice night with a group of friends.

Amazing place in

I had an amazing stay at Moss Colombo. The location is great to explore the city, central but still quite. It's very clean and with a lovely decorated sitting area where you can hang out. The breakfast tastes wonderful. And the very attentive, helpful and friendly staff rounds it all up! A peaceful place for a great stay in Colombo and that said a big recommendation!

Stayed for 1 night - wish could stay for longer

Only stayed in this place for 1 night but from what I can tell it is a great spot. Clean spacious rooms with smartly thought through minimalistic design. Pristine bathroom / shower area. Place is quiet and relaxing (both are virtuous features in a loud city such as Colombo). BnB's management and support staff were very helpful. Location is perfect - close to main attractions. Beyond all this it is great value for money!

Comfortable and serene

We stayed a night here at the start of our holiday in Sri Lanka.
Service was great, breakfast delicious and room clean and comfortable.
The artwork and design is exceptional.
Also love the avoidance of single use plastics with potable water available in glass bottles.
