Excellent!

Very spacious and clean room, equipped with all the comforts. Modern and spacious bathroom. Kind staff and excellent breakfast included.
Only downside: the location is a bit inconvenient for getting to restaurants.

We stayed here for 2 nights and it was a wonderful stay! The room was comfy and cosy and the view was gorgeous, it did have ivy covering parts of the view but we really like that as it added character to the building and room.
The staff were amazing, super friendly and accommodating! We got back later one night and were shown to the rooftop for the gorgeous view of Kandy!
The breakfast was just WOW! We had it included so were unsure what we would receive but the food was amazing, you get a lot which great, water, coffee, tea and fruit platters with different meals each time we had eggs, roti and toast the first day and the eggs toast and pancakes the next! You are well looked after here and your needs are their priority!
Would 100% recommend here to stay in Kandy!

A top address!

Small very welcoming guesthouse, very clean and very well equipped room (modern bathroom!) Value for money top!
Boss at your disposal to help you organize your day or transfer with Tuk Tuk driver or car available super friendly ( very reasonable price )Hyper varied and hearty lunch the best of our trip currently.
Do not hesitate and recommend if you organize your trip by yourself.

Spotlessly clean with great breakfasts

We stayed for two nights and had a wonderful experience. The room is immaculately clean with great AC and hot water.
Great morning breakfast that included eggs and lots of fruit and other Sri Lankan items. Nice balconies overlooking Kandy and about a 15 minute walk into the center of town. Our host was kind and loaned us an umbrella and helped arrange a TukTuk for us for our train from Kandy to Ella.
Highly recommended this guesthouse.

Extra, very welcome

Excellent welcome in this intimate house with impeccable room, very well maintained.
The breakfast was of a great quality, extremely varied, and a bit stupid, fruits that have taste.
Placed on the heights of Lake Kandy, a little 20 minutes separated us from the temple and the anthill in the city center.
