Satisfied With The Service of Queens Mount

Thoroughly satisfied with the service of Queens Mount. The room was neat and clean and there was a nice balcony. They provide tea and coffee with 2L mineral water. Complementary breakfast would be great, but still, we are happy with their service. Thank You.

Cancelled booking

They cancelled my booking just before the check in time. They sent a message which I saw late and I stayed in very difficult situation.I had to make another booking which is last minute and giving me almost no select option. It was stressful. They are unrekiavle and rhey might let you down

Nice Place to Stay..

One of the best place to stay in kandy,
Room were excellent , clean, and the service of the staff is great , Price also reasonable ,special thanx for Mr.Moorthi and his friend for the hospitality that gave us..

Far from the center

The staff is very helpful, but the hotel is far from the center and next to a very busy road. You can hear the traffic at any hour, so bring your earplugs.
You can take the tuk tuk from the center, but not walk at night.

Good Breakfast, cleann rooms, friendly staff

We booked a normal room first but then they kindly exchanged to a AC room with our request supper friendly staff. restaurant on the top floor with a beautiful view of the mountains was amazing and the breakfast was so delicious we will comeback again
