Very attractive and nice small-scale hotel

Small scale, very attractive hotel. The team is super friendly and attentive. We enjoyed every morning a delicious breakfast "custom" in the beautiful and quiet lounge or on the outdoor terrace, served by lovely people. Clean rooms. The washroom in the rooms (upstairs) is cramped, but that gives it its own charm.
Lovely sunbeds by the pool. Snacks, drinks and small dishes complete the package.
We have been there three times, as part of a tour through Suriname. Always a warm welcome / see again.
Extra appreciation for the genuine concern and spontaneous and efficient help and support by the hotel owner and the whole team when one of us had fallen ill.
We fully recognize ourselves in the many other positive reviews!

Cozy, clean hotel.

Very friendly staff, good location, good breakfast. Mn the "breakfast ladies" took good care of us
Clean rooms, nice pool.
Been there 3 times. Always a warm welcome.
And yes, of course there are things that can be done differently. But for us, it was a little coming home.

This was a lovely stay. Many larger hotels were sold out and I was travelling for business so I went here. It was an excellent choice! It’s a well run business with great service, nice snacks for order, an excellent breakfast, and a convenient location. I will stay again!

I booked the hotel last minute, because it was closer to the departure point of my tour than the accommodation I’d been planning to stay at and it turned out to be a good choice. The pool area is lovely, though I didn’t spend too much time there because the mosquitoes loved me too much. The rooms are just ok, but the AC works well and the staff was really kind. I liked the no-waste breakfast and the bar food menu was reasonably priced and yummy. Would stay there again, even if it’s not super close to some of the main sights of Paramaribo.

Comfortable hotel with friendly staff

A friendly hotel with very friendly staff. Nice pool with a few sunbeds.
The lounge is very cozy with sofas, lights and plants.
Holland Lodge was our base and we have been there several times. Even when the rooms were not yet clean (in the morning) we could already drop off laundry and use the pool.
On the last day our toilet was clogged and we could use the apartment on the top floor.
Nice manager / owner who knows a lot about the city.
