Relaxing environment

Best burger I've ever had. Great service from all staff, everything from spa, cleaning to waitresses. For example, we got to taste all the wines even though we bought by the glass. Wonderful eating breakfast in preserved Art Nouveau environment! Beautiful surroundings. The only minus was that the dog room which was otherwise very clean was cramped and very warm on em. Did not dare leave the dog with the window open. Didn't feel good.

Holiday rest

Fantastic cozy environment. You could sense the old days here. What a rest we got.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms okay, a bit old fashioned but that's how it should be. The atmosphere offered this.
The spa was a bit out of place. Didn't really fit into the environment.

Nice visit!

Me and my husband got an overnight stay with spa, three-course dinner and breakfast for Christmas and were very happy!
The whole party was upgraded to better rooms on arrival and they were very nice and fresh.
The three course dinner was very good, the only minus was that there was a delay between the starter and the main course. Perhaps taking the early sitting is recommended.
The spa area is fresh and nice with 3 indoor pools, 2 outdoor hot tubs, 2 different kinds of sauna. And foot bath.
Nothing to complain about but nothing special either! 2 hours we were there was really enough.

Very nice place, good breakfast. The bed was a bit too soft for our preference and we could hear the other guests in the hall but overall very nice. Good room size for a family of 3.

Service makes the whole stay

From booking, via check-in and during the stay to check-out, we received phenomenal and outstanding service at reception.
It made the whole stay for us. Vi var Treated Like Kings!
The restaurant had very good food. One of the best Caesar salads we have ever had.
A very nice and cozy spa with four different pools. However, no Jacuzzi but if you have four pools, you can have a very nice time anyway. Dry sauna, steam room, foot bath. We missed a sun deck even if you could sit outside, it was not completely in the sunshine.
