Avoid

Our Ibis hotel had overbooked us so we were moved to this place. Reception only open certain hours, no staff and terrible breakfast of dried egg and a piece of cheese for which they charge 20 each. We checked in with family and small children 2 rooms for one night but were charged for 2 nights for one of the rooms which they refused to refund on checkout. Cant be bothered to write more of the negatives just a lousy experience

The name Dialoghotel speaks for itself - you have everything you need for meetings, retreats, meetings. Centrally located yet quiet. Beds are very good. And breakfast is very plentiful....

A three-star hotel that makes you feel at home

I found a welcoming environment with multilingual staff. The rooms are clean and cozy with TV, telephone, internet connection, Wi-fi and very spacious. The local Bar if it is very rich and the composition of the tables facilitates dialogue between people. Even there soundproofing helps.
The kitchen and food are very good for both celiacs and vegans and for lactose intolerant and high intolerances. What kind of food is varied and also takes into account the participants that can be Italian, German, South American, etc...

Amazing stay

I recently stayed at the hotel for a week.
It was a business stay and found the location to be just amazing, amazing view, good sized rooms and quite near to the baar station.
Staff very friendly and very good hospitality!
Cafeteria opened 24/7 that was very helpful to make your own beverages or heat your food.
Would like to stay again if I come to Zug.
