Very medium

Great location. 15 minutes from the Jet d'eau
Kind staff
Other than that
Poor insulation.. we hear the neighbors.
The rooms are old

The TV didn't even work
Breakfast not crazy between 7am and 10am.sold at 9am and already more...there was some bread and some croissants.we had 1 each and they did not put it back.

Warmth in the room

The room features a microwave, sink and small refrigerator. There is no decoration or air conditioning, only two fans that fail to get all the humidity and heat out of the room. Breakfast a little limited.
As positive points: the location is fine, close to bus stop and supermarket.

A shame never book in that place

Our room was just under the kitchen extraction device it was like if a truck engine was running in the room we could not sleep because the noise did not stop despite our request
The bath room was smelly
The price for the night was about 200 a shame

Very basic, could be better with little effort

The entrance is shared via restaurant
The room is a little disappointing even for a 3 star, very old and outdated, no basic facilities provided.
No hangers in wardrobe
No kettle
Has a microwave, sink and oven top, however tap was falling off and no crockery at all.
Bed was fine except it had a comforter that didn’t cover the width of the bed which meant if a couple one is definitely going to be uncovered and cold!
Room service was good, turned up around 9am daily.
Bathroom was clean and shower was hot.
No a/c or heating

Nice reception staff but outdated and poorly maintained

The staff at the reception was very nice but the hotel in general was outdated and poorly maintained. The door of our room was broken, a lot of hair on the linen, strong smell of cigarettes in both corridor and hotel room, knocking on the door at 10am before normal check out time, poor breakfast options, room not on the same floor as elevator (needed to climb downstairs)...will definitely pick a different place with this price
